I just wanted to add a few new lines to my blog, in reference to a thread I have been working on for awhile now. It is entitled " My first kit build " and is covering my progress of a Great Planes J3 Cub Kit. I would like to ask anyone interested to take a look and please pass on any comments or advice for a first time builder as I am myself.
The building is going well in my opinion and there are several pictures to go along with this thread. I hope this may draw some new interest or comments from those who take a look?
Thanks for reading, hope you all will follow along as I continue my building. All comments and advice are greatly appreciated.

I would like to say hello to my old friends that were helping me over a year ago when I started my first kit build. It is a Great Planes 40 J3 Cub Kit. Due to personal reasons I had to take a year away from flying and building.
I'm now ready and looking forward to start building again. More so looking forward to hearing from you guys again. The advice and help you have given me so far has been priceless. Thanks to you all.
My plans are to get started building here again within the next week or so, hopefully sooner. I hope you all are still around and willing to help me complete this kit by offering your advice and help once again. As I welcome the same from anyone who happens to read my blog or my postings as I continue.
Before I start again I would like to give a special thanks to the following that helped me so much when I first started this, Donnyman, aerofly 0610 and Cash RC. You guys have been a great help and I look forward to hearing from you again please. Give me a shout. I have updated my new email address, I can be reached now at firstname.lastname@example.org
This will be my first attempt at building a plane from a kit. I have 3 other planes but all were purchased as ARF's. I have purchased a 40 size Great Planes J3 Cub and I'm looking forward to starting on it soon. I was hoping to find someone with past experience with this kit that would be willing to share their experience and advice as I progress through this build. All comments and advice are welcomed and will be appreciated.
I hope the progress of this kit build has been of some help to other beginning builders as the new friends that I have met on here have been helpful to me. I have truly appreciated all of the advice and tips that I have received so far from you all. I try to give as much detail as I can in regards to each stage of progression of my J-3 Cub kit. I believe I now have about 160 photos posted as well with all of my postings. I hope these might be helpful or at least keep it more enjoyable to view.
I hope that those of you who read this will take the time to read over my thread of " My first kit build " I have ran into an issue while attaching the Horizontal Stabilizer to the Fuselage. I would like to hear opinions and advice from all of you experienced builders and pilots.
Once again any and all advice or comments are always welcome.
