This post exists to illustrate the wiring differences between CellPro mode balance connectors and XH mode balance connectors.

Pin 1 is always the battery negative.

In CellPro Mode:

Code:
Pin 2 is the node between cell 1 (+) and cell 2 (-)
Pin 3 is the node* between cell 2 (+) and cell 3 (-)
Pin 4 is the node* between cell 3 (+) and cell 4 (-)
Pin 5 is the node* between cell 4 (+) and cell 5 (-)
Pin 6 is the node* between cell 5 (+) and cell 6 (-)
Pin 7 is the node* between cell 6 (+) and cell 7 (-)
Pin 8 is the node* between cell 7 (+) and cell 8 (-)

*if the node exists

Pin 9 is the battery positive on an 8S connector.

The battery positive is always located on the opposite side of Pin 1.
