Whilst looking through some photo's the other evening I came across this photo I'd forgotten about it . I'm pretty sure it was taken by 1 of the visiting US pilots to last years Manilla Slope Fest ,It may have Been Jim (Pismo) I suspect but possible by Matin. Oh well either or but its a good shot of 2 of my babies awaiting flight time, which last years event did not happen due to low wind speeds
but maybe this year
but maybe this year
servo's are in
Got some time in the workshop this afternoon ,flap and aileron servo's mounted and wired up
I'm so close to done on this one and I'm keen to start the Boomerang.

marking and connections
Last night I hinged the last flap on the Hurricane ,so all that remains is to connect the aileron and flap servos up and finish the markings and we are ready to fly
. But as usual we have moved into the winter season now and the local inland slope is not suited to big PSS models so unless I jag a day at Otford then September will be its maiden flight at the Manilla Slope Fest, along with the Fouga and the faithful old Bearcat will get airtime again

Whilst I'm waiting for a few items to arrive for the Hurricane I put pencil to paper and started drawing up the next Project. A CAC Boomerang is next on the list.
First mistake was that the 3 views I'm using are all not the same scale
but managed to scale each of them to get the same result
RG1410 going to be used on this girl
Update: corrected fuse shape this afternoon ,all bulkheads now drawn .
so returning my attention to the final stages of the hurricane . Then the next build will begin
