I been scratching my head trying to work out what to do about the giant air scoop and its simple I'll fit the drop tanks which hang lower than the scoop so it will be like landing on skis .
The photo that give some perspective to this bird I took today ,still along way to go but today saw lots of the fiddly stuffs out of the way
Once again the projects reached the fiddly bits that take hours and you see nothing for it still,The tail group is attached and hinged ,both wings are fitted with the incident pin alignment done the port wing tip bottom surface is sheeted and the fillet fairings begun will get a fair bit more done today and will posts ssome better photo than these ones which I took last night after I packed it all away
Well not a lot has happened over the break but slowly getting back to the work shop,Iv'e sheeted both wings now with the starboard wing being 90% complete with the Port wing still at 70% so some catching up to do . No photos as of yet as its not that interesting and everyones seen a sheeted wing before . I' m looking forward to the painting of this aircraft with the only Australian Hurricane that saw service down under .
