Well after not going into the workshop since returning from Camperdown ,I ventured in today and put the nose back on the Bearcat I'll need to do some glass work in side to stiffen the join but its fairly solid again . Thats the easy bit making the joiner boxes solid again will require some thought, but nothing to difficult . I'm still going to devote most of my time to finishing the Fouga off first the Bearcat will be on the second bench getting work carried out while the glue dries on the Fouga

Having just recently returned from the Camperdown flyin in Victoria ,which was a shocker for me, I'm getting ready to kick start the Fouga build again. I seemed to have suffered from hardware failure and well as brain failure in the case of the Bearcat which suffered from a downwind landing due to lack of lift , My miniblade went in but probably was a dumb thumbs moment as did my DG600 but that I cant explain . I also damaged my Salto which looks like it had a control horn failure on aileron resulting in a hard landing against a fence due to the lack of response. All in all like I said it was a shocker for me. But catching up with all the slope flyers made up for it . Now it will be a target set to get everything airworthy for Manilla slope fest 2010.
