well i just bought one and hopefully will be up and flying by next weekend, was wondering what covering if any you peeps have used on your ravens?.
have read the hole thread and could not find many that have been covered?
is there a reason for the lack of covering?, i have a 48inch mcclain wing all epp and that i covered with fibre tape and then coloured packing tape goes like a rocket glides great to.
i am going for speed with the raven, i have a nice little rewound cf22xx motor to about 2200kv, good for a 6x4 or poss smaller. but also have a tower pro heli motor 3700kv i think, now that might go a bit faster? but it weights a lot more.
i have read lots about epp and making it go fast, the general consensous is to cover it, so i am wondering why not many have done this?

fs th9x servo problems
scratchin me head with the fs th9x and this servo problem, think i will junc the module and put in the frsky one that i have.
