Although 5.2 meters and 1/5th scale, this sailplane is big! the fuselage is close to 6 feet long, about 5'10".
Trying to fit the totally assembled plane into this pic was close to impossible. But you can see those nice long slender forward sweeping wings with multiple leading edge sweep.
The magic, for me, of this plane is my memory of seeing these long slender wings lift it into the air. And although it moves and covers alot of ground, it will spiral up into some of the lightest smallest thermals, wings bending up, very unreal and beaut
As you may notice, but not as apparent when you see it under natural lighting, the difference in color between inner and outer panels. I may paint the outer panels to match. By the way, I have left the underside of the stab and center panels in the orig
