heres some actual data on the effectiveness of vibration isolation system

ill spend a bit more time this evening, and do some proper frequency analysis, but basically, the system (in this example) completely eliminates the harmonic vibration caused by out of balance prop shafts etc.

some of the very high frequency motor noise gets through, but the magnitude of that is quite minor.

like i side, ill do some frequency analysis later, and i might mount an out-of-balance single prop, and see how heavy a magnitude vibration it can clean out

all in all though, very happy with the result

a bit of fine tuning and happy days!

theres a bit of lag in the servos during change of direction during large amplitude movements. im not sure if this is servo freq related, or just gear backlash. seems about the same for roll and pitch. ill try it again at 100Hz (currently 50) and see what happens, but ive had enough for today

otherwise, i guess thats what you get with $20 servos (hitec hs82mg). for good quality FPV videos though, i reckon thats not bad - its not meant to be a full AP setup (and doesnt cost as much either!)
