Maiden flight. CG at 4" per manual. I am expecting flight times in excess of 15 minutes per charge.

This arf was put together a couple of years ago minus motor install. Just got around to finishing it this January. I had to use some of the lead provided because I didn't want to cut into the cowl.

Touch and go's. Sound now in sync with motor speed. Next test is to reposition speakers to fire out the windows instead of into cabin.
This flight lasted a total of 15 minutes. I should be able to fly at least 20 minutes on one charge. Not used to that with my electric planes !

Short videos of Cub on maiden flight. I was interested in how this Cub landed. Stayed straight on landing with no tendency to want to ground loop. Sound system needs some work since it is my first attempt using one.

Might have to reread the instructions! Something just doesn't look right.

Simple motor mount for Hobbypartz Monster 160 motor. Used metal spacers from kit with 3 (1" spacers from Ace Hardware) per leg. This puts spinner backplate about 1/2" further forward than stock position. Should help with CG when floats added.
