Iraq update
Here I am in Baghdad Iraq, working for the army, no details can be posted online. my one and only arf I brought with me a j3 micro cub did not survive the many flights or trip from the states. I tossed it in the garbage in Kuwait. I have 3 balsa planes to build here, once I get a desk set up. I have a guillows se5a, a dumas helio courier I believe and a guillows javelin. They should all be fun projects, maybe I can get one airborne, who knows?
Here is the url to my latest build, a Dumas Mr. Mulligan, 30" WS.

My tiny desk area, in DC. I purchased this desk at a thrift shop for $15.00. I rather like it. I may bring it with me if I have space in my car when I leave this contract. -

The elevator has been glued it. However, you can see very little by the way of structure for the rudder. Not sure, did I miss something in the dumas build? It is a conversion anyway to rc so I can do as I like. Thats half the fun of building. -

The mounted servos with heavy duty pushrods. I expect the rudder to fall off long before the pushrods do!
always looking for flying buddies!!
HI:
I'm Henry from Orlando, Fl. Recently, I took a job in Denver, Colorado. Colorado is beautiful, the weather is nice, hoping to do some flying here. I have been going to Cherry Creek to fly and have been to Chatfield once. The flying sites here are nicer than in orlando. More state sponsered fields at the state parks. Enjoying my time in Englewood, CO! Feel free to chat if your in the area, always looking for flying buddies!!
Oops! I moved, back to Orlando for 2 years, which was great. Then got laid off, so now how to ship out again. This time, to the Washington DC area. I'm actually working for Nasa now, at Greenbelt MD at the Goddard Space Flight Center.
