My new crawler project is nearly finished. Axial/Bender Customs SWX chassis BTA steering, Losi shocks. Just need some warm weather so I can paint up my new body. Setting up body mounts on this chassis was kinda a PITA. I ended up using some associated servo mounts. I had to do a little trimming with the rotary tool, but what good crawler project doesn't include some grinding. Anyway I think what I came up with will work really well. Its really low profile and it gets those body posts off of the side where they can get hung up on rocks.

some GoPro in car video footage I shot last January at a club race. Jared Tebo, Ryan Cavalieri happened to be there so I shot their exhibition race.

Got bit by the crawling bug last year, have slowly built a stable of shafty rigs, and I think my favorite is the Axial. It's kinda the Honda Civic of the from a box kit. There is tons of aftermarket out there for it and it seems to be the most well rounded of all those that I have driven.

I ran across this little gem this year and had to pick it up. The 1st gen Optima was the car that first captured my attention and got me into RC. as much as I wanted one I never got to own one. the Javelin is a similar car and is my newest restore project. The Optima/Javelin are about the most pricey restore project you can pick up. A full set of sand super tires can go for over 150 bucks on ebay. Too bad Kyosho won't make any re-issue kits.

After about a year of trolling ebay and multiple auctions won I finally had enough pieces to put my very first 10th scale care "reproduction" together. MY dad bought me one of these at Dolgens for my birthday a good 20 years ago. I played with it for about a year but he made me sell it before I could get my first RC10. I regretted selling it ever since. Well I have it back in almost as good of shape. Here is my rebuilt Nikko Thunderbolt. I still need a set of decent rear tires so if anyone runs across a set drop me a line.

the vintage madness continues, ran across this Frog half completed on ebay. Some dude bought it and ran out of experience or motivation to finish it. Lucky for me because it was brand new and a fraction of what a normal re-issue costs.

I took it out to my local club race and it was a hit sitting on top of my pit box, I think it took alot of people back to their earlier days of Rcing like it did me

anyway here is a sneak peek.
