Stopped at Cape Blanco, Oregon to check it out on a coastal road trip from San Diego to Washington. Caught it nice. 35mph winds. Flew my wing warrior.
Some nice fellow was DS'ing the backside. Site is nice. Easy retrieves.

Warriors...Come out and play-i-ay...

Building a couple of wingwarrior raiders for combat season!
One for me and another for a friend.
My buddy asked for these features on his plane:
1) 15 degree antihedral for wing.
2) Extra tail weight
3) Right wing tip preloaded with 5oz ballast.
4) Elmer's wood glue for construction.
5) Pink ultracote with hello kitty logo on top.

Should be a hit on combat day

On a costal road trip from San Diego...

North of Monterey and Pacific Grove, CA is Sand City.
The giant sand dunes are a blast to fly. Caught the wind just right. Spent hours hopping from dune to dune.

An unexpected delight indeed. NCFM halfpipe was the right tool for the day. Agile and responsive to wind gusts. Easy to sniff out lift...

The weasel is my go to "low stress" fun plane. I think it's built like a brick house and is easy to fly. The build is no nonsense and painless. I would recommend it for a beginner in a heart beat. Turning down the rates can make this plane docile and forgiving. Turn up the rates and watch out... It's an aerobatic powerhouse.

I built my moth to NCFM spec and took it from my dinning room table to the slope and it flew with minor elevator adjustmets for the first time. After the second flight I understood how it wanted to fly. By the end of the day I was tearing up the sky.... Great plane NCFM!

The Alula is the greatest for light to no lift.
If I bring this plane along with me, I never get skunked.
