Below on the left, is the worst example of r\c electronics installation I have ever seen. I can't imagine placing the single conversion receiver right next to 2 BL controllers..not to mention the heat dissipation from the 2 ESC's...with the poor ventilation its a wonder this works at all. My guess is this setup could fail at anytime causing an embarrassing crash at the minimum or worse. Its better to "spread out" the electronics in the F15..Some people say "oh if you mount the ESC's in the air intake it will affect performance"..3 words for those people..No it won't. And even if it did, it would be better than a crash due to overheating..that my friends would affect performance

Not a good setup. Too much crammed in here and with both ESC's in this small space @ >175 watts each, is a recipe for disaster! Notice the single conversion rx next to ESC's, not good! This could glitch out causing a crash. -

Here is a better way. Each ESC is mounted in the L\R air intakes and gets plenty of airflow. This also moves the BL controllers away from the receiver which is mounted in the forward cavity by its self.
