Governors are only needed for 3D.
100% throttle is best.
Standard throttle curves are still the best way to go.
(Ok, that last one depends on a few things, some high voltage setups can run smoother with standard throttle curves, but that's because the ESC doesn't have to work as hard to do it's job...) Click the "Comments" link above to read more.
