The fan is running. 14.6 mv is from 146 amps thru a 500amp 50mv shunt. 43.1 is volts off of 12s pack. The scale reads 20 lb 1.6 oz. on the scale that was tared to zero.
The 127 mm fan next to a 90mm fan. The carbon fiber pins that pass thru each blade can be seen. The bifurcated duct was used in the test.
The Cutlass bulkhead has a temporary lip made from 3/4 inch hose split in half. Four dowels were attached to the bulkhead so it would stand face down on the scale.
The 15-27-1.5Y Neu motor is a close slip fit in the centerbody with thermal compound. the 8mm shaft goes into a 1/2 inch adapter to achieve a compact assembly. An 1/8 in. dowel pin can be seen to prevent slippage of the fan.
