This is a new 900 MHz RX for Micro Planes, is compose of a Silicon Lab. Si4432 Transceiver and C8051f338 microcontroller, the RX have Ten PPM servo channels, extra PWM output on channels 3 and 5 for controlling external MosFet. All channels have 1.0 mm Sullins connectors. Hyper900ss also have a full debug interface and pads for an external bind push button. The Hyper900ss have the same dimensions Micro9 ®™ RX from Plantraco ®™, width is 14 mm and height is 16.5 mm for a total area of 231 sq.mm. However the Hyper900ss is a full frequency hopping spread spectrum device with more than fifty RF channels and 16 bits network addresses for TX and RX for a total of 32 bits addresses with a data rate of 128 Kbps or 64 Kbps with Manchester encoding. The Hyper900ss have a RX with 64 bytes FIFO for a robust exchange of communication data. More features will be added as the Hyper900ss is completed.

This is a 2.4 GHz RX for “Nano” planes, this receiver use a 2.4 GHz Transceiver with 80 RF channels and frequency hopping spread spectrum software. The receiver has 5 PPM channels for Micro or Nano servos. The 1.0mm connector for the servo are made by Sullins Corp.. A pads is provided for temporary connect a push button for Binding the RX to the TX, when binding is complete the push button can be removed for weight saving. A led is provided for RX status of the RF connection and function states of the RX. This RX has the same dimensions as Micro9 2 Channel Butterfly Receiver ®™ RX from Plantraco ®™, the dimensions are; width 9 mm by height 16 mm for a total of 144 sq.mm.. The weight will be around less than 1 grams plus or minus .5 gram, board thickness is 0.5080000 mm( .020 of a inch). The data rate for this RX is 1 Mbps for 80 RF channels and 2Mbps for 40 RF channels. The RX have 6 FIFO for data, each FIFO is 32 bytes wide, the receiver side of the Transceiver have 3 for 96 bytes total and the transmitter side also have 3 for 96 bytes total for a grand total of 192 bytes of data. This is a Linear Servo for the Park Zone plastic mechanical linear servo which is included with the Ember, Vapor, Cessna 210, Etc…

The board has a microcontroller running a P.I.D. controller with resolution of 10 bits; the PPM signal is calculate with a 16 bit timer. The servo can be reversed from the transmitter, also a pad connection is included to reverse the servo if can’t be done from the TX. The board dimensions are 14.93 mm by 11.4 mm for a total area of 170.3 sq mm, the board thickness is 0.508 mm (.020 of an inch). More info will be added when servo is completed.

This is a 2.4 GHz RX for “Micro” planes, this receiver use a 2.4 GHz Transceiver with 80 RF channels and frequency hopping spread spectrum software.

The receiver has 6 channels, for normal servo Connectors .100”. A push button is provided for binding the RX to the TX. A led is provided for RX status of the RF connection and function states of the RX. This RX has the dimensions width of 25 mm by height 16.67 mm for a total of 410.2 sq mm. The data rate for this RX is 1 Mbps for 80 RF channels and 2Mbps for 40 RF channels. The RX have 6 FIFO for data, each FIFO is 32 bytes wide, the receiver side of the Transceiver have 3 for 96 bytes total and the transmitter side also have 3 for 96 bytes total for a grand total of 192 bytes of data. More info will be added when RX is completed.
Look @ the design is HHHuuuuuge compare to my Nano designs, all ready I have an 8 channels board smaller than the ones from Micro Invent®™ with a 2.4 GHz Transceiver, may be in the future I will make this one a application note!!!!!!

KRS_FM72_RX_6®™



This is a FM 72 and 75 MHz Synthesized Receiver for micro planes; the RX will have 6 servo channels, the size of the RX is 17mm by 14mm = 238 sq mm, and the weight will be around less than 2 grams plus or minus .5 gram, board thickness is 0.508 mm (.020 of a inch), the receiver can be programmed to a different channel, also Received Signal Strength IndicatorRSSI” is fully digital, RF channels selection and Band (72 or 75 MHz) can be selected by a push button.

The only external components are bypass and Filter Capacitors and one low cost Crystal. The RF Tuner, Mixer, Transistors, Passives, Coils, Integrated Phase Locked Loop and Filter functionality are all included on one chip. All servo channels have 1.27 mm connectors. KRS_FM72_RX_6®™ also has a full debug interface for firmware updates. The RX is narrow band. All this data is preliminary due this is the first prototype. The receiver has 3 channels, two bi-directional for Actuators and one directional for motor control. The bi-directional channels have one A3901 Dual Full Bridge Low Voltage Motor Driver. The directional channels can sink about 4 Ampere continuously. The RX has pads where you can connect you actuators and motor wires, a pads is provided for temporary connect a push button for Binding the RX to the TX, when binding is complete the push button can be removed for weight saving. A led is provided for RX status of the RF connection and function states of the RX. This RX has the same dimensions as Micro9 2 Channel Butterfly Receiver ®™ RX from Plantraco ®™, the dimensions is; width 9 mm by height 16 mm for a total of 144 sq.mm. Battery connection is included with pads at a distance of 5 mm for battery magnets or wire connections. The data rate for this RX is 1 Mbps for 80 RF channels and 2Mbps for 40 RF channels. The RX have 6 FIFO for data, each FIFO is 32 bytes wide, the receiver side of the Transceiver have 3 for 96 bytes total and the transmitter side also have 3 for 96 bytes total for a grand total of 192 bytes of data.
