Aaron got some good stick time in at the gym again today. We had some new tunes to fly with and a couple good friends at the gym as well. Here is four and a half minutes of Mini Crack Yak good times. The plane is doing everything well right now. Aileron Servo is starting to strip a little again. Took the other ones that stripped apart and find teeth on the gears are missing. They are not handling the torque load being put into them by the servo motors very well. They keep on flying though. Don't overdrive them in the radio settings. That will help.

This is why these Twisted Planes are so good for your flying skills overall. Fly, hit stuff, little crash here, little crash there... no problem whatsoever and no need to get CA or Welders to get the plane flying again. Pick your plane up and go about your business. Aaron is practicing all of his harrier rolling and getting them low.

Can't get enough of flying this Mini Crack Yak in the gym. Aaron has been doing great on it but we still need to get a new aileron servo. Only three flights in it started stripping and I don't think it's able to be rebuilt. It may slow down the roll rate or do something but you can't tell from Aaron's flying. Fun little plane and a better size for our gym which is small and only one basketball court. Might post some other videos of this and the standard CY tonight.

Aaron hit the gym with the mini for the first time today. It was great flying the Mini outdoor the last couple weeks but in the gym, this thing is awesome! It really does make the gym feel big and when he flew the standard CY right after this flight, the 32" plane felt like a 50CC gasser in terms of size. Flying indoor this weekend as it rained some. It was cool but not freezing. Gotta have some indoor.

CRACKIN ME UP AT THE GYM 1211612 (3 min 21 sec)

The gym was good today and the CY was on point. All in all just good to get out and check out the crack yak again. Played around with the little 45-65C Thunder Power 325 mah packs and couldn't get that 5th minute of flight out of them so this vid is with a Blue lipo 25c 800mah and it flies mucho bettero. That's because the notch cut for the battery and CG was originally set for a 3S 450 mah battery. The 800 has a lot of room to run and you can run the bigger prop with 2S. That helps torque rolls some. Less punch but slower for indoor.

Here's a quick flight from this afternoon.. going pretty well and just practicing... as you see, there are a lot of good moves in the flight...
