A few common misunderstandings about FPV technology. If something doesn't sound quite right, keep watching, I probably explain it better further on. There are many things in this video that depend. FPV setups always depend so even the misunderstandings depend.
More Mw = More Range? 0:27
Lower GHz = More Range? 5:36
OSD w/RTH = Necessity? 8:14
Diversity = Perfect? 10:38

I've been making YouTube videos since the start of 2012. I'm ALWAYS working on something new in R/C - even if what I'm working on isn't your niche in the hobby, in the future there's always a chance I'll be doing something you'd like to follow. THE FPV PROJECT and THE FPV PROJECT II are both huge successes and the second is not over yet. I'd encourage everybody to subscribe, I'm always up to something... next is getting my DSLR in the air with my recent hex. After that, who knows?
FPV flying, multirotors, lots of R/C tech, I've done jets, 3D planes, foamies, flying wings, custom builds for FPV, even DLG and some gliding, slope soaring.. etc etc etc... even a few trucks, helis, LOL basically everything
Just recently upgraded my FPV beginner's guide. If you want to start FPV, this is how you do it. I've tried to make the concepts as simple and straight forward as possible. If you need any help with a system you can always contact me to set one up for you.
Also, maiden flights on my RMRC Penguin went very nicely. AP shots attached, taken from a Mobius camera. The plan is to equip the Penguin with a camera and 1.3 GHz TX this week and fly it next weekend via FPV.

0:46 - 910 MHz

5:58 - 2.3 GHz & 2.4 GHz
