This is something I've been working on for awhile.
Eflite retracts. The wood mounts are custom. The vacformed parts are styrene. The nose gear door is epoxy glass. Three servos move the doors.
There is a vacformed belly plate cover for the main gear door servos. A vacformed cover for the rear mounted ESC is also shown. Gear doors will probably be vacformed later and there is a plan for an extended nose gear door.
Can't wait to get paint on this to really make the gear disappear.

All the movement is controlled by ONE channel.

Here is my GWS 262 with stock GWS BL motors.
It flys very tame....still cool though. The paint is tamiya acrylics with a clear coat. The markings were stenciled. I did not like the "stickers"
