DJI F450 frame hemisphere dome dimensions: 135mm inside diameter, 68mm from flat flange to inside top of dome, 158mm diameter of flat flange.

DJI F550 frame hemisphere dome dimensions: 152mm inside diameter, 76mm from flat flange to inside top of dome, 185mm diameter of flat flange.

UAP1 frame hemisphere dome dimensions: 134mm inside diameter, 67mm from flat flange to inside top of dome, 161mm diameter of flat flange, 5mm vertical flange lip.

UAP2 frame hemisphere dome dimensions: 174mm inside diameter, 87mm from flat flange to inside top of dome, 208mm diameter of flat flange, 5mm vertical flange lip.

0.080" thick (2mm) clear polycarbonate domes are very strong to protect those expensive electronics. Polycarbonate (Lexan, Makrolon, etc) is the strongest plastic and won't shatter like acrylic, PET-G, and other clear plastics that you can buy at a cheaper price. These are the real deal if you care about your electronics!

The domes can be mounted using velcro, 2-sided tape, screws with standoffs, wire ties, etc.

I’ve got domes galore made to fit Rusty’s UAP1 plate and frame for sale.

There are 3 shapes available - the standard hemisphere dome and an elongated flat top dome for the top and a new flatter dome for bottom electronics protection. In addition, there are 4 materials, clear polycarbonate, black ABS, white hi impact styrene, and clear PET-G. The domes have the dimples in the locations that line up with the mounting locations on the UAP1 plate, so you will drill holes where you need them.
