We have been supplying custom tuned (center freq) Yagis to many customers including RCGroups members all over the world everytime with awesome long range vedio results.

So what makes our Custom tuned Yagis perform so well ? . . .

Whilst other Yagis, in general, are made to sell, they are not made to be used, meaning… a lot of marketing hype, overrated gain (dbi) and it is common for the industry to produced extra elements so it looks extra super duper long.
Being mass produced, fine-tuning is neglected.

Batteries and Antennas are much alike when it comes to the labels on them, C rating…. Gain (dbi), just overstated numbers.

Introduction: Why & How To Use Lithium Ion for FPV/UAV?

Lithium Ion Vs Lithium Polymer (Lipo)
While Lithium Polymer is great for general R/C use due to its high discharge capabilities, Lithium Ion is far denser giving it much higher capacity with less weight.

FPV-Power packs have a 3C discharge which is NOT ideal for high powered aircraft such as Pylon racers and EDF jets. However, they are perfect for fixed wing FPV aircraft as we are after capacity not power.

FPV aircraft are set up to run efficiently. We are seeing the use of 2S-6S packs in the FPV community with amperage draws from as low as 2A to 15A...Continue Reading
