This scratch build is doing well. Found the CG of the little one and used a bit of weight to the big one tossed her in the yard and she flew 25 feet. Now to add the power plant and electronics.

This is my granddaughter's glider she loves it so I am Making one 3 times the size....Hope it flies

BoomSplat just had his lipo burn up in his Corsair. This big three cell had no visual issue, Charged well. No puffing or any thing, he put it in his plane flew for a few minutes plane started acting strange. Landed and POOF lots of white smoke and started a thermial run away. He was able to save the Air frame but the ESC is melted. Guys this is a no SH#T heads up, have gloves and a fire extingusher at the field or you may lose a plane or worse yet get hurt. Please baby sit the charging of these lipos even if you have done it for years it only take once and it sad times for all.

On a 1 to 10 this night operation was a 9 on the difficulty scale. Seeing the plane is not the issue it is NO horizon or not seeing the ground. This night the wind was up to 20 mph. The wind was not helping But I still managed to drop an illuminated object from aprox 200 feet. Please enjoy and leave a comment.
