After taking a 25 year break from flying RC I decided this ARF Piper Cub from nitroplanes.com was a suitable "refresher plane". Back in the '80s I flew two channel gliders mostly, so this was my introduction to four channel, powered flight.



With a 55 inch (1400mm) wingspan she's not a large plane but big enough not to be too twitchy. The high wing location makes for stable flight & the 17 oz/sq foot wing loading keeps things fairly slow & sedate.
