My latest 1S jet, Supermarine Attacker! I originally made this jet so I could add landing gear and steerable tail wheel. This jet is a taildragger so looks very cool. But I got lazy and did not want to hook up the tail wheel. But I may still do it before I change the gear to a new jet. The real goal for me is to make a fully aerobatic 1S jet. To me this means being able to at least fly inverted! Loops and rolls also. These will loop very easily but rolls with ailerons are too slow at the moment.

The idea is to make an edf jet that looks good, flies good and is easy to build repeatedly. The P-80 fit the bill for all of these but does not have that full fuse look. So the Sport Jet! I also want to be able to not only increase my fleet of 1S jet (2 now) but also upscale these jets to both 40 and 50mm planes. I have yet to maiden this version of my 1S jets but glide tests are very good. Upscale models will have less dihedral, ailerons, rudder and elevator. I may also add steerable nose gear since i love to do touch and go's. Specs: Vapor brick, 200mah 1s battery, 14inch wingspan 27.5grams all up weight with GWS 30mm fan and rotor with 8.4mm coreless brushed motor.

This to date is my best small 30mm edf. I wanted a plane that flies on 1s with parkzone ultramicro style performance. I think I acheived this goal. It has a 16inch wingspan and weighs 21 grams without the battery. I flies very well and is very smooth.

Now I'm going to try something different. I now have the new 4site motor um motors and they put out above 20gms thrust. I will see if they can bring new life to my old design the "Zippy Jet". I wasn't so zippy. But if I put it ona diet and giver moepowah that jus miite be de ticket! It was just abit heavy.

I have loved this plane forever! I made one from my wife a couple years ago when Chara first came up with this. She really loved the look. Now here it is in micro form. I may make a new one without the dihedral since it and the undercamber wings make ailerons ineffective, even w/4.

Here is another attempt at the ole E-chargers fanjet. I like the looks of this one its carved and hollowed out dupont thick blue foam. The 2 inch kind. I had to add balsa spars to the under side of the wings for strength. I haven't had a good chance to really maiden this since i chucked it out the back door on a whim and it flew into a fence and broke one of the wings clean off. It's 28gms total with 2 batteries so i limited it to rudder only. Although I think it will fly with the second servo for elevator. A good successful maiden will tell though.
