This plane was imported by Hobby Lobby a couple of years ago. It came with a nicely powered setup. That is, a 4300 KV outrunner and matching ESC. Servos were acceptable for RTF or ARF. The elevator used two servos, one on each side with one side a reversed servo. Great plane, too bad nobody imports them any more.
