Was a bit blustery this morning but took her out for a few flights. Trims were well out of whack after all these changes and had to add 1/2 oz of lead to the nose. Will experiment with alternate battery locations.

Flattening the wing definitely makes it fly quite different. Inverted flight needs a different approach now, almost put it into the berm, perhaps it needs more elevator dialed back in. Looking forward to getting familiar with this reincarnation of the Super Cub.

So, the Super Cub was my first plane. Really just a few months ago and now there's almost 10 planes in my 'hangar'.

A couple months ago I upgraded the motor to brushless and added ailerons. Now its time for another upgrade, so purchased a new wing, servos and am rebuilding her into a clip-wing with flaps and ailerons, plus new paint...
