Another mars canopy i painted, didnt come out really good close up but doesnt look bad from a distance.

I guess as long as the blades are spining no one will know the paint flaws right?

I got this in a parts buy out from a guy on another forum, it looks like a robot face or somthing, very weird.

I bought this with money my dad gave me for christmas. First time i seen the shape of this canopy it screamed teeth for the front. There were some sample images where they cut little vents for air and when i got mine i thought it needed a different style vents.

My brother got me a new dremel for christmas so i used that to do some of the "dental" work lol

Came out a little creepy but its different i guess.

Blade CP pro

My last hobbie before helicopters was photography, i didnt have a good eye for taking artistic images but after the time i spent on camera forums and just trial and error i found a really good method to take decent shots with just cheap or basic equipment.

My main 3 cameras i use can still be found i think. Canon powershot S2, powershot A700 and an A540

I chose canon because to my eye the LCD screen looks about as true as what i see color wise. I found the biggest part of adjusting the camera is what you see on the display. So if you get an eye for how it looks on the screen after the shot then you know what you need to change to get a brighter or darker shot.

I found the biggest problem with the cameras we can get today is lighting, the more the better. The more spread out even better.

Im using 35mm external flash units with a "flash trigger" that slips on the bottom of the flash so when your pocket camera flash fires, it then fires this larger external or "slave" flash. I usualy point it to my ceiling so it illuminates the whole room. Thats what gives me that studio kinda image because its actualy giving me light from all directions. I think it works very well and its so cheap its not even funny.

Put together some head parts justin sent me.

Put the head on a belt CP frame i had laying around. Its turning into just ANOTHER heli. I have so many extra parts! Kinda of a hybrid T-rex belt CP thing.

Have you ever been into a hobby a little to much? I think i may have a little problem here.

JGF400DF motor and servos from the last deal.

How i had to mount the servos after the frame mod. Its very solid

I think it was a bit under powered, it just fell outta the sky. Tried to fly it with a 400DF and a 1350 TP 3S lipo.

I need these spacers for a 450S frame, im missing 4 spacers (same as the blue ones but dont have to be blue) and then the screws that go into the plastic/motor mount.

Sent him an RC-Tek 3800kv 450 motor in good condition just a few runs on it but its a little to hot for my flying skill. He sent me a 3200kv motor in very poor condition. The motor vibrates bad when its running because the shaft appears to be damaged and out of balance, or bent or somthing.

The endbell looks as if he used a nail or somthig to beat the shaft out, could be why its out of balance.

Just got done building this one, havnt set it up yet or flown it. Ill be doing the final setups friday and then ill probobly list it forsale friday afternoon sometime.

This is a brown looking all metal 4PT (4 link) swash. It looks brown to me anyway.
