How small is your flying field and how hard is it to t/o or land there???

I thought I would start a thread where all can post their backyard runways or other tight spots they fly in and out of!

Post your videos here.

This should be fun, let's see where you fly!
Bloopers welcome!

I'll post the first video:

Another episode of: "The Adventures of Joe Pilot" and his beloved Slowstick.
Started a routine flight and the mission was simple, take aerial reconaissance photos of the river banks and surrounding, fly and inspect for hostiles under a couple of bridges. Not an impossible mission, but....
THE RESCUE WAS THE IMPOSSIBLE MISSION!!!
Watch on 480p and turn the sound up!
My arms and legs are pink with calamine lotion!!!
Watch and you will find out why!
We had to drive 2 miles to find a bridge to cross the river and find a path on top of the hill that would bring us back near where Joe Pilot crashed...Did not have the 4 wheel drive but the dodge with a v6 did fine!
Almost 1hr1/2 trecking through dense woods with the ground covered with poison ivy, and wearing shorts!!!
My kid had long pants on!!!

If you live in or near the woods, DO NOT BUY A GREEN AIRPLANE!
Mine is red and it made the difference in spoting it in the end. I turned on my radio occasionally and gave it throttle to try and listen to engine noise. It broke the apc prop but allowed the motor to spin and my kid could hear it: yes papa its right up the hill...2 minutes later yes papa its right down there by the river!!!
I finally homed in on where it could possibly have landed, and expected to find Joe Pilot a least 30 feet up in a tree... Lucky for Joe we could reach and save him and his plane!!!

Visit my blog to watch the 1st episode: Snakes On The Plane"...

Enjoy,
Lafayette.
