Today was a light day in more than one way. The wind was only about 3-5mph out of the East. And because of a TD contest at the IRKS field (https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1170650) a lot of the guys were away. The day was pretty spicy with at least one midair, followed by a couple hard landings (crashes).
I actually got my "camera plane" up, a Radian with Aiptek HD cam, in the air. Still playing with the first video, if it works out I'll post a few minutes of it.

Saturday in a word. Freezing! It was in the 50's (that's cold for you non-Floridians) with a 20-30mph wind out of the NW. At times the the slopers were specked out at cloud level. We actually left a little early to go the restaurant to warm up....no ice tea today....coffee was the choice of the day!

Last night, like a fool, I got out of bed to watch the the last night Shuttle launch. Getting up at 4am on a work day is not my idea of fun. Check out the results.

Here are some pictures of last Saturday's flying that Ben (Falcon880) had sent me this week. Thought I'd better get them up before I post yesterday's stuff.
Thanks again Ben

We had another good windy day. This time out of the South. We had some great combat flying, I didn't get any pictures of it (I think Ben did and will pass them on later). I know James had his Jart and Cobalt out. I had my classic Coyote out. Kit had his Destiny out. It was actually a pleasant day, with nary a crash and many smiles.
