I have updated to er9x with smartieparts board and backlight so I do not use the stock firmware settings anymore.

Stock Firmware 9x setting for V911
These settings were originally derived from ztoon13 (thanks for sharing!) but slightly modified. This is what I use for outdoor flight. In heavy winds, I sometimes hit forward trim a few clicks if it starts to get a little wild.
SYSTEM (TYPE MODE) HELI TYPE1 - (NAME) v911 Out
REVERSE (ELE) REV
THR/CV NOR L=0% 1=15% 2=35% 3=73% H=100%
SUBTRIM - before used -30% now it is at 00%. Not sure why I can use this now - EXPO???
E. POINT (AIL ELE RUD THR) 120%
THR HOLD (STATE) ACT - (HLD POS) -30%
AUX-CH (CH5) HOV THR
D/R EXP (All in OFF) AIL D/R=80 EXP=20 ELE D/R=80 EXP=20 RUD D/R=60 EXP=20 (this allows to use on all switches up or normal positions. I have no need for DR switches as I only fly outdoors. However, when using first time make sure you switch on throttle cut to avoid a flyoff in case a setting is wrong. Always hold or fasten down copter to make sure.)
FAILSAFE (AIL ELE THR RUD) 000% // failsafe active, THR CUT (back left button) is used to cut both motors (servos still working).
TIMER (STATE) ACT - (MIN) 5 - (SEC) 59 // TRN (back right trigger button) is used to start/stop 6min timer (chime start at 5).

MIX1 (STATE) ACT - (MASTER) GEA - (SLAVE) RUD - (OFFSET) 000 - (UPRATE) 15 - (DNRATE) 15 - (SW) ON // HOV THR (back right rotating button) is used for RUD fine trim.
