Just waiting some anti vibration grommets and then I will be ready to put the HFP board in and go for a test flight.

Nearly finished. Esc wires need to be wired through a waterproof grommet into the electronics housing. Final sealant for the booms needs to be done. FPV wiring needs to be finished and the aerial set up. In the photo the electronics are not yet fixed in place. gemfan props on for testing.

A few photos of the rebuild of my Aquaquad. One problem I had was that with the esc's inside the quad they would get very hot with no airflow inside the frame. I have now put the esc's on the outside of the frame. I put silicone sealer around the ends of the esc's where the wires come out and then wrapped the esc's in heat shrink and then added some more silicone sealer on the ends to make sure no water can get in. Ugly but it works. The use of red and yellow insulation tape is mostly to help with orientation as the esc's are also held on to the frame with velcro.

I have also put my fpv transmitter and camera inside the frame. I drilled a hole in the front of the frame for the camera to go through and have rubber grommets on the inside and outside to help create a water tight seal. One small mistake I made with the fpv camera was having it too low down on the frame, this has meant the camera points down too much when flying. I like my fpv cameras to have a slight downward angle so that the exposure doesnt get fooled by overcast skies. In this case I have the angle to far down but to correct I have since put a much wider angle lens on the fpv camera.

Overall this is pretty ugly but works well. I will rebuild it and tidy things up once I get some new smaller esc's.
