Of course now that I got the servo gears back on, the belt snapped.

Replaced the servo gears (first time successfully taking a servo apart and putting in new servos) and it is alive to fly another day!

Since I threw my old rc workbench out the door a while back (literally). I have decided to make one or get one. Either make one from wood or get a 5 foot folding table. It will be interesting. Plan to use a bulletin board for parts and notes, just like this:

As you can see they used a bulletin board to hold he parts by push-pinning them to the board. I want to do that. Hopefully will paint it black, too.

Did my maiden flight with my 250SE today. First flight went well. The $12 gyro holds pretty freaking well and no wag at all. Had power set to 55% in normal mode then upped it to about 75%. When it was at 55% and I hit IU the tail moved, the IU power was 100%! That was when I upped the Normal mode's power. Second flight went pretty well, but I lost visibility because the woods were exactly the same color as my heli. Lost it, luckily I hit T-Hold and minimal damage: Only broke the makeshift training gear. (which, it technically didn't break, just the things holding it to the heli) Will have a video late.

Happy Flying,

Keith
