Strapped a gopro to my now upgraded HMF Totem Q330. This frame is pretty nice however, the rear arms appear to resonate with certain props!

The mini bug really hit me. Normally I would scratchbuild, but fabricating gets old!

The polakium engineering hex comes in a super simple package and is pretty much a one day build. Being much cheaper than the alternatives, it wasn't a very painful investment.

This one is almost complete. The electronics are being transplanted from my scratchbuilt mini hex. LOS only for now, but this will eventually become an FPV rocket!

Figured I'd log this one. My last flight before losing signal on my mini spider hexacopter. I give up on flysky. Too many signal loss issues in due to crowded wifi.

Waiting on a new battery. As fast as it is, it flies like and old Cadillac with the 3300 4s.

Well I really like the flyduspider hexacopter frame, but hate small props. Cut a new frame today and will use some big boy props. shown with 11x5.5 props

Crashed my Quadcopter while flying today. One flip and it looks like a motor wire came off.

Power failure. Luckily it was low (1 min 36 sec)

V-tail 2.0 Second flight. (3 min 21 sec)

Started building the new v-tail frame.
Design is based off a tricopter. I will balance the at the center, then using the battery as a ballast, shift the weight 7% forward to accommodate for the lower thrust in the v-tail.

The front arms will be adjustable. I plan on experimenting with front arm angles to check performance.

Rear arms will be set at 30 degrees

Frame is made from aluminum towel bars and some old aluminum scrap.

I will be using the following electronics
exceed rc rocket 3015 1020kv motors
hk blue 30 amp esc
zippy compact 3300mah 35c 4s battery/ turnigy 3000mah 40c 3s (for video camera)
hobbyking kk 3.0 board (soon to be multiwii lite)

Finally Rebuilding my tricopter-turned v-tail quadcopter. It flew well, but the many crashes are beginning to take their toll.
