Took it with to the LHS and got a quick flight outside/taking it easy because i had a new cam on it. Flew well with the rcplanebuilder power set up. Also started on a prototype cnc cut frame for making tricopters in the 24''-28'' sizes with various power levels for mild to wild flying .

Really liking this size overall, will have to see how it does out at a field on 4s packs when the weather warms up.

Flew nice in the yard, have some 4s packs for when I have more room to fly it as well. Will probably add a canopy to it later,it also has shock absorbing booms on the front that spring back and I added the same set up to the smaller one I built last week as well. Next will probably be some quad frames when I have time and get more parts.

Went to pick up some parts and brought my little tri copter in and let the LHS guys check it out and fly it. Still have a bit of work to do before the next larger tri copter will be flight ready and have a y-copter and some other stuff to build still in the coming weeks. Made this one slightly larger and made some changes from the v1.. ball bearing tail control is nice and the little digital servo is precise, dialed down the yaw for flying in the house so had to adjust the dual rates a bit higher over the mini z track.
