Here are a couple great shots my friend Chad took at the Smiths Falls event last weekend.
This is my Hangar 9 corsair, The one I plan on stripping down this winter and adding some more detail to. It is such a great flyer I want it to have the looks to match.
The other plane is my HK 50mm t-45. This plane has an 8 blade aeo fan and motor on a 3s setup and let me tell you she moves!
I would highly recommend this plane, especially since all up it costs about 50$ and it goes 60+mph!

Various photos of the real Snafu and my Top Flite version.

Hi,
I am an aircraft refinisher working for the government of Canada in Ottawa Ontario.
Due to our cold winters I try to build as much as I can when I can't fly.
I am currently building a foam flying boat from my own drawings loosely based on the drake.
My next project will be to refinish my hangar 9 corsair to improve it's scale appearance. I will add flaps and either cover it with solartex or fiberglass. I think I will try to do a night fighter scheme.
