Small little update:

Wing detailing has progress some... Mostly i've gotten the panels behind the spoilers installed and the upper panels for the wingtip installed. Been doing alot of sanding and filling on the nose cone, canopy and windscreen. They are about 90% done to be completed and ready for molding. I leave tomorrow to another 2 weeks of work, but should be back on the 21st so i can get back to work... Anyways, here's some pictures and a youtube video.

Getting closer to having the F-14 plugs ready to start molding:Fuselage is mostly done now.. should have all but 2 or 3 panels done by the end of the night. Then i can start adding all of the detail panels to the thing. Then i will have to drag it out of the house to go lay some primer on the exposed area's that way i can get the canopy plug mold pulled and get the thing ready for molding.. yea thats right. we are probly less than a MONTH from having the entire airframe ready for molding!!!

And a youtube video

Been working on this project for about 7 months so far.. its all scratch built and will be molded, so an all composite airframe can be built.. Length = 110" wingspan= 110" Power plants will be a pair of 28-36lb thrust turbines. Once the initial airframe is molded and useable parts are pulled from the molds, i'll start scratch building the cockpits and alot of other detail items.
