IRCHA 2011 was a blast!!!! The folks you meet there are just so open and friendly, a very different contrast from those in a large city. Being my first time there I was somewhat in awe of how many people were actually there and if I remember correctly just a hair shy of 1000 registered pilots. l met some of the top pilots on the planet and with everything going on they always had time to chit chat, and are genuine down to earth people. All I can say is that if you have never been, take some time off and just go. I am already planning on going back next year.
