Here's something I've been wanting to do for awhile now. This is a heat box that attaches to the outside of your home or work shop. It's FREE energy! I've done a lot of research into these and they generate a lot of heat when the sun is shining. I have seen others getting results of a 150F exhaust temperature when it is only 25F outside! Who cares if they only produce heat on sunny days. Free is free. On those days your heater won't be burng gas, or your electric base board heaters won't be on, or you will save firewood.

Here we go

I had my 50 year old windows replaced last year. I made sure to keep the large windows as for sure they don't have any UV protection on them. You want the full power of the sun to shine threw.

I began by dismantling the windows. One did not survive . I then repurposed the wood keeping in mind that the windows would fit right back in. I used foil backed insulation for the back and all sides. You don't want any heat escaping.

I'm using the latest design which implements the use of aluminum screen door mesh. It's that simple. The original design from years ago use's pop cans. That evolved into down spouts, both very time consuming. It was later discovered that unrestricted air flow is what works best.. enter the screen door design, and it's super simple in comparison and allows a great amount of airflow. The early designs for sure generated a ton of heat inside the box.. but it was useless heat cause they couldn't get heat out of the box and into the house quick enough. A 12v DC 6" computer fan will be used with a small solar power panel for power. It will be activated with a thermostat so that when the sun goes down.. it doesn't keep running and pump cold air into the house at night or cloudy conditions.

This will be a turbine powered water jet designed for a K100G or P-80, that will also fly from snow or grass. I will also be producing an Electric version to be flown on 10-12s with a 3 bladed prop.

What you are seeing is the PLUG being made. I will be making moulds so I can produce more than one. Model will be epoxy and CF construction.

I recently received an attachment showing how Totally Irresponsible some people can be. Or at least one in particular.

This person has already been called into the police station and given a stern warning about his FPV activities concerning Public Safety and yet he does nothing to curb his behavior and continues to fly in a reckless manor not caring in the slightest how his actions will impact our RC community or safety to the public.

He is also the Head Moderator at RC Canada forums. User name "MAX"

I also have a video of him flying within 1/2mile of Buttonville airport. At the the time it was Canada's second busiest airport.

A picture says a thousand words... So please take a look at his latest Face Book entry.
