When I was about 7 years old, my Mom took me on her Avon route with her. As I entered the house, I saw a ceiling full of planes. The homeowner noticed my bugging eyes, and handed me a plane, which I think might have been a Mr. Mulligan. This was 60 years ago, it kept my interest all this time. I love the hobby, and believe all kids should be exposed to model aviation. I used to volunteer at the A.M.A homecoming in Muncie In., but have moved farther away now. Take time with a kid today, it might just change his/ her life.
