Well as the title says ... the Vyper is down ... 
Its not to bad but its no longer pristine. I even got the whole thing on video.
The canopy was destroyed and cowling was tore up pretty good. A couple scrapes on the rudder and wings but its in one piece.
After that I nearly went home ... but decided to get some video of the Slick ... which turned out really good ...
I even pulled off an inverted tail drag.

We finally got some warm weather this Sunday , it was about 45 Degrees .....
I got some really good flights in the Slick and Vyper , both are flying great. The foamy still isn't perfect due to the cold weather making the hinges getting stiff in the cold , but it still is a blast .. even if I can't do smooth rollers.
I got some really good low hovers with the Vyper ... and a bunch of torque roll practice with the Slick.
I also noticed I was having a hard time doing normal upright harriers ... when I realized I practiced inverted harriers so much I was getting the inputs wrong.
I ran out of batteries at 1:00 PM so I went home and ordered some new batteries , so next time I can stay longer.
I just started the 51" Slick build .... its going to be awesome.
I thought about selling it to buy the 65" Vyper ... but I don't really need another big plane .... for now ....
Back to school tomorrow after a week break due to snow ...

Well .... the 3DHS 46" Vyper Maiden Flight went ......
Awesome !
The first flight the CG was to far forward ... but after some adjustments .... it flew great just as expected ...
Its great at knife-edges and hovers not to mention torque rolls are awesome.
I got five flights on it before I was to cold to continue ... I didn't even fly the Slick .... or the foamy.
It was about 18 degrees ...
I did get to fly the Foamy in the snow TN got over the past couple of days ...
Now to start the 51" Slick .... and work on getting some new batteries mine are getting a little worn out and not performing as they should.

I took the EF Yak 54 out to the field and got four solid flights on it ... I am still getting used to flying this big plane ... but it is really fun.
One flight was a little scary because on one of the aileron extensions there was a bad connector ... which caused one aileron not to work during a part of the flight.
I landed without issue and fixed the problem ...
I also remaidened the 42" Slick after I crashed it a couple weeks ago ...
The new motor box went in perfect and it still flies awesome !
The 46" Vyper is finally finished ...
.... Maiden flight is tomorrow morning and everything should go great ...
Next Project is the 51" 3DHS Slick ...
School is also back .... no more flying on week days ..
