Been working on this for a few years now but more recently decided to step up my efforts and learn Object Oriented programming. I wasn't brave enough to use F# (too new) so settled for C#. Maybe knowing what I know now I should try F#.

Richard Whitehead and Joe Mouris have provided excellent support with testing and ideas. Big thanks to them.

There's whole host of things that need to be finished so it will be a sometime until it's out in the wild, probably early 2013 (just a guess not a promise...) It's all dependant on health and other commitments.

The wing profile is a bit dodgy, but you get the point. The profile of the frame does not exceed 9mm and tapers to 4.25mm, the stainless steel wiper dia is 2.5mm and sits in a pocket with a wall thickness of approx .5mm. I will have it flying in an F5B wing soon

exploded view,

the prototype will use the original plastic horn shown in yellow but may be upgraded if I can produce a broach tool to stamp the spline into a tube.

I will show some sketches in a wing profile (aileron) and some animated simulations soon
