Motor Balancing (electric)
This is my way of balancing motors.
Noting very innovative, but I have found using iPhone and free app iSeismometar quite helpful.

There's not much to show.
Cut a straight vertical slit with a blade, install the ribbon edgewise. Slit
must be deeper in the middle than the ends at the bottom of the wing
and deeper at the ends than the middle on the top of the wing to account for
the dihedral bend. Glue with thin foam safe CA, or use thick CA (no kicker) and install
the ribbon quickly. Repeat on the other side of the wing opposite the first one.
