Got my third and fourth flight in with the 600,even in the overcast skys and windy conditions it did well. Looking forward to more ap and video flights with it. The mount for the video gear is scrap L channel aluminum a buddy bought for me to repair his big gasser plane. Had some left over and it can be taken off easily when not flying ap by removing two allen head screws.

I got a maiden in finally and got it set up decent and one flight after. Extremly stable compared to my 450(especially in wind)and having a good gyro with digital servo keeps the tail locked in VERY well compared to the set up i have on the tail for the 450(must get new gyro and digital tail servo for 450) . It was so nice to have the trex 600 fly so good from the start.. very little set up to the intial settings to the gyro and cg and trim was very close and only took a few minutes to get dialed in. I fly the helis off and on but mostly only have time to get a few flights in with the planes on the weekend and need to put more time in flying helis to.. the 600 is gonna be a sport flyer/ap and video ship. Really looking forward to getting some cameras on it for pics and onboard video soon. Heres a couple pics and the first two flights.. cant get over how stable and well it flys(bigger flys better) .

Its been really windy lately but i still fly.. not gonna let some wind stop me(id much less out here and i already dont put enough time in flying). A tornado touched down out this way yesterday and that wasnt fun, good thing i flew in the morning before it got here.. wouldnt of been much fun watching my planes get sucked into a funnel and trying to fly them out . Heres some video from the flying.. winds were kicking both days pretty good, power was out for 10 hours due to the tornado but came back on at around 5:30am today so i was able to get my packs charged for another couple flights on my new sr and my other stuff.

Really happy with the maiden on this one,a few changes on the radio settings and it will fly even better(i had the ailerons dialed down a bit low). Bigger flys better and a 55'' foamy is REALLY easy to fly, this thing is so stable in hover its rediculous . Flys really well when its not hovering to but i'll try more things out with it when i have more flights on it .
