I have placed 10 orders with them without any problems but have finally hit a snag. Account says order shipped 11 days ago but tracking number is not valid at Hongkong Post. I have had several e-mail replies from "Eric" and this is the answer:

Hong Kong post normally takes up to 72 hours to update all information, so there might be some delay for any news.

All other orders showed on the Hongkong Post well within 3 days, did it actually get there?
