Rudder has window cut in it. Original damage was from catching elevator on winch line with over aggressive ping. Tore the skin slightly when the bellcrank came loose. Had to open it up to put bell crank back in pivots.

Window opened up. Was just glued back together and filled. Worked fine until a hard dork broke the filler and skin glue. Should have glassed it and it would have been fine. This is an easy repair.
