The rib for the dihedral joint is made by cutting the rib where the main spars are notched into the rib and allow a little more to clear the 1/16 ply dihedral braces on both sides of the main spars.

Put the front part of the rib in first. Also sand the front notch a little to clear the leading edge ply joiner.
