The provided aft spar was about 3/8" too long and required clipping with a pair of wire cutters.

Basically, what the instructions implied but didn't quite say was that the fuse center piece had right thrust built into it's cuts, and so the builder needed to measure the center points on the fuse to align the wing. I chose to draw the wing planform rig

The provided screws were apparently for a thinner depron, and wouldn't reach the backplates.

Since the manual showed the horns with backplates, I used standard servo screws to be able to reach. The heads were slightly over-sized and made installation awkward, but doble. (HL indicates that the horns were meant to be glued on, no screws, no back pl
