Dremmel or cut off rear tail skid, and smooth with fine sanding stick or sandpaper. This is where the tail wheel goes.

Starting with a blank fuselage, round and flatten the wing mount. Cutting the skid and installing servos best at this time.

Smooth off any excess foam, and use white glue inside the sides of the fuselage, on the wing rod interior and exterior sections where they mate with the fuselage.

The Dubro 926 micro steerable tail wheel is a perfect choice for this plane. Better handling on the ground, low profile, and looks great when done!

Drill holes where the posts of the wheel mount will eventually go. When assembled, this will be affixed with graphite-epoxy to finish off the tail section.
