installing a BP910 battery on the Axe CP

Hi,
I am sorry if this has been asked before - but the search option did not find it...
Anyway - I just purchased a Heli Axe-CP with a BP910 battery. I've been trying all evening to mount the battery such that the canopy will fit - but it does not look like it can fit. Strangly this is an upgrade that is suggested.
Can anyone help me on how to mount the battery in the correct place (the front), and still mount the canopy?

I stick the battery on it's side, in the opening in front of the motor. I'm using an 11.1v 1200mah Common Sense battery.

I must say that learning to fly this thing is VERY frustrating... it makes you feel it will never be possible to control this thing...

I think I should find a closed place to practice hovering cause doing it outside, even very gently wind takes it totally out of balance... errggg....
