FS: Webra 91 P5AAR with revers crank

[Andy Carpenter]

I am selling me Webra 91 P5 AAR clockwise running engine (for 3DNT)
It has about 8 gallons through it and is in perfect condition. Comes boxed
with all instructions.
Also included is a fan shroud specific for this engine, and a fan redrilled
for the Webra and fitted with GV-1 magnets.

Cost new was £220 for the engine, £35 for the fan, £8 for the shroud
Selling for £175 for everything, including regular shipping

What ?: OS 91SX-HG
Why ?: The Webra is very powerful, but prefers a higher headspeed. I want
to run low head speeds, and the OS is much happier down there.

I saw that Graupner now has the OS91SX-CSpec HGL (Large crank and big head)
maybe it is worth trying if you've not already bought something.

I wanted to try a 'C' spec, but the NT requires the engine running
backwards. There are no reverse cranks for the 'C' spec as far as I could
find out, so I have the regular HGL.

Andy,

I've found the secret to the Webra in an NT... Get the 8.3:1 ratio

As far as the CSpec is concerned, I asked skyline about this and they
are looking into it. Apparently Os dont do it... it is a seperate
mod, dont know exactly what tho'.

If you dont get a buyer for your webra, I'd recommend you try changing
the gear ratio and putting it back in... you may be more pleased then.
I also want to try a CSpec though.. if you get one, please tell me how
you get on with it!
